Here at the Del Toro School of Dance, we encourage and promote a strong love of dance, sense of team work and community. All our teachers are fully qualified and hold enhanced C.R.B's. We respectfully ask that parents ensure their child comes to class, punctually, correctly dressed and well-groomed. You will be amazed at how quickly gossip spreads and then comments which are taken out of context can snowball into bigger problems.
Social dancing for all. Together dancing is fun, this can be the Ballroom and Latin American dances or more modern dances including modern Jive (Le Roc, French Jive) or Salsa. Whatever the dance or reason, dancing is the antidote to sitting at home wondering what to do. Come and meet others whilst learning to dance. As the name suggests, BollyStreet is a literal combination of Bollywood Dance and Street Dance. However, unlike many other dance fusion acts, we keep our dance styles in the their RAW FORMS. The great thing about combining these two styles is that each class is packed full of energy! Leaders improvise the dance, signalling to their partners what the leader would like the partner to do next. Followers read the signals given by their partner, and respond to the lead. This allows people who have never danced with one another before to improvise a dance and dance socially with someone they have not met before. You can ask anyone to dance, and other dancers will ask you to dance with them.

The British Dance Council was formed in 1929 as the Official Board of Ballroom Dancing (OBBD). The name was subsequently changed in 1985 to the British Council of Ballroom Dancing and, again in 1996, the name was changed to British Dance Council. The aim of the founders of the Council was to establish a co-ordinating organisation to enable teachers to work together on uniform lines.
Just Dance UK is run by Fiona Leonard and Dominique Monty. They met on their first day of The BRIT School when they were 15 years old and have been best friends ever since. Both went on to specialise in dance at London Studio Centre, graduating as part of the prestigious Jazz Dance Company. After working as professional dancers, Dominique and Fiona set up Just Dance UK in 2010 to start classes for adults who want to dance on a regular basis purely for exercise and enjoyment's sake.
