The West Yorkshire Dance Academy welcomes you to the main stage of the website. The Academy is owned and directed by Mary Eckersley-Fielding, whom you can read about at the bottom of this page. Welcome to the website of DC Dance, a provider of high quality dance, musical theatre, vocal and instrumental tuition. A comprehensive range of classes and tuition are offered to all ages from preschool to adults and be enjoyed by all abilities. All staff at DC Dance are qualified tutors holding many certificates and awards with various dance and academic associations. Staff members are also CRB checked, licensed chaperones and hold first aid certificates.
Bingley Dance is primarily a fun studio but we do have a serious side as well. Many of our pupils enjoy taking part in competitions of which we attend around 6 or 7 a year (don't worry we keep travelling time down to 1½ hours or less so you always get back to sleep in your own bed!). We hold medal examinations on various dates throughout the year where an independent examiner comes from the United Kingdom Alliance of Dance Teachers to take the exam.
