Central Scotland Ballet School

Central Scotland Ballet School began life as a branch of the prestigious 'Scottish Academy of Dance'. From humble beginnings with only 20 pupils, Mrs Jacqueline Clark has established 4 large branches with a roll of around 700 pupils. Her daughters, Amanda and Samantha, have become associate directors and teachers in the school, ensuring her high standards are maintained and keeping it a family business.

The School has now established a fine reputation as one of Scotland's leading part-time ballet schools. Students are trained to the highest levels in Classical Ballet, studying the Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus. They complement their ballet lessons with expert professional tuition in other commercial dance styles, including Jazz, Acrobatics, Cheerleading, Tap, Hip-Hop and Musical Theatre, as well as courses with other professional dance schools and teachers.

We audition students annually for our 'Majors programme'.
