County School Of Dancing

We pride ourselves on being able to cater for everyone, from 3 yrs old to 70+, complete beginner to experienced professional, or perhaps you just want to have fun, socialise and do a little light exercise. You can be assured of a warm welcome, so why not take the plunge and come to one of our classes.

The County School of Dancing was taken over by Molly Richardson in 1957. Her daughter Mary Richardson, the current owner has run the School since 1966. The School is well established in the UK and has a reputation for teaching excellence producing some of the top young dancers in recent years.

It doesn't only cater for competitors however. Every night of the week there are classes for Beginners and Improvers in both Latin and Ballroom. Monthly tea dances are held so that you have somewhere to practice your skills, and the School hosts 2 Black Tie functions a year often with a live band and cabaret, so that you can enjoy a glamorous evening!
