Salsa - North Walsham

The 8 week beginners Cuban salsa lessons begin this Tuesday the 11th September at, The Friendship Hall, cnr Mill Road and Cawston Road, Aylsham. The lessons plan to make you an accomplished beginner, which would require you to do some home work as well. All aspects of the footwork which make up the beginners steps will be covered by using tried and tested exercise patterns. Emphasis on the importance of the music and what makes up salsa music will also be covered. Just bring yourself and a good attitude and I will bring the rest.
