Sara is the Director and organiser of Irish Delight Oriental Festival & Ayub Essence. Her passion for Belly Dance helped her to create the Ayub Belly Dance community in Northern Ireland. She has beenteaching in Belfast (and around the province) for the past years and had spread her love for this art form throughout the country, delivering workshops and performing in different festivals and private events.

Over the past 54 years we at the Clarke's School of Dancing have tried to supply the best in social dancing for both adults and children across the community. Our classes cover hip hop - jive - socialballroom and Latin along with Argentine tango and our wedding first dance lessons.

The safe and correct dance trainingof both children and vocational students is of course a high priority which is why Susan uses the extensive syllabi of the Royal Academy of Dance. The R.A.D examinations are accredited by CCEA which places the Academys qualifications in the National Qualifications Framework.
