XLR8 Dance & Fitness was founded in April 2011 by Lianne Davies, dancer, teacher and choreographer. After working for a variety of other companies in the Hertfordshire area for a number of years andafter a lot of planning a preparation, XLR8 was born! Since the founding of XLR8, children and adults in Hertfordshire have benefited from a large range of dance and fitness classes to suit all abilities. We believe we offer something truly unique and exciting at our classes.

Becky started dancing at the age of three at Lets Dance in St Albans. She remained there until the age of 16 where she gained a place at Performers College under the direction of Brian Rogers. Afterstudying there for 3 years she graduated with a BTEC National Diploma in Musical Theatre. After leaving Performers Becky spent 4 years working as a professional Dancer, Singer, Actor and Model, she also trained as a TV Presenter.
