Pole Energy was established in 2006 as a Professional Dance and Fitness School offering a full range of services based on teaching people to get fit, learning new skills and having fun based on PoleDancing for aerobic fitness. Our aim has always been to teach people of any age, gender or fitness level that Pole Aerobics produces amazing results to body tone, fitness, self-esteem and an overwhelming sense of self assurance.
STEP AHEAD Dance School has been established for over 25 years and was first opened by Miss Yvonne Gilmore. Over the years the Heald Green based school has grown and grown and is now one of the mostreputable dance schools in the Stockport area. Now run by Natalie Hume, Step Ahead is a school that takes pride in teaching dance and aims to produce high quality dancers. The classes are designed to be as enjoyable as possible with a big emphasis on fun.
South Manchester Dance Academy, formerly known as The Evans School Of Dancing, was established in 1985 by Miss. Over the years, Miss. Thompson has created a strong sense of technique and disciplineand instilled a love of dance in the many pupils who have passed through the doors. Whilst maintaining the standard of the school is of the upmost importance, Miss. Turner is enthusiastic about introducing new subjects and further developing performance opportunities.

The Caroline Dean School Of Dance first opened its doors at the Scout HQ in Davenport in February 1998. We teach the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) Syllabus which is a worldrecognised dance syllabus and is affiliated with the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance). As well as shows and opendays we hold medal tests and grade examinations in all subjects and so far we have been very successful with many children gaining Honours.
Ballet, Tap and Modern classes give students the opportunity to participate in graded examinations in order to gain recognised, accredited dance qualifications. If just for pleasure or to pursue alife long career in dance, there are classes / grades to suit all standards and ages.
